What does "BYOK" mean?

Bring Your Own Key. AI IQ uses your existing API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI) for the deep analysis feature. You pay your AI provider directly for tokens used. We never charge for AI tokens — you're paying for the coaching intelligence.

Is my session data sent anywhere?

No. All monitoring, metrics, and alerts run entirely on your local machine. The only time data leaves your machine is when you click "Analyse Now" — and that goes directly to your chosen AI provider using your own API key. We never see your code or session data.

Can I try Pro features before buying?

The Free tier is fully functional and covers the core monitoring experience. If you upgrade to Pro and it's not for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

How does the licence key work?

After purchasing Pro, you'll receive a licence key via email. Enter it in the AI IQ extension settings to unlock Pro features. The key is tied to your email address and can be used on multiple machines.
